Rapid Form Builder is an AJAX / PHP form builder integrated into Joomla 1.5. It is integrated into the Joomla Sessions, so each user will have their data saved when they login. Administrators have email notifications, and also small reporting abilities. Rapid Form Builder attempts to be accessible for people with disabilities. PHP5 is required. It is free.
There is no GUI, so this module is aimed towards people who are familiar with phpMyAdmin, and know where to find the /mod_rfb/tmpl/default.php file. If you know both of those, or able to follow the instructions, then this should very quickly let you build very powerful AJAX forms.
This version will only do: Text Fields, Check Boxes, and Text Areas. It will not yet do radio buttons, and dropdowns.
